Officer Preforms CPR; Child Survives

At around 8:25 am on May 20th, squads responded to an address in North Minneapolis on a report of a BABY NOT BREATHING. Squads arrived, and an officer took over CPR on the 1 year old from a family member. He continued CPR until MFD Rescue arrived. CPR was continued as the ambulance transported him to NMMC. Doctors were able to obtain a steady pulse and heartbeat. The infant was then transported to Children’s hospital.
