MPD Arrest Two in North Minneapolis Homicide

April 8, 2016 (MINNEAPOLIS) On Thursday, April 7th, Minneapolis Police Homicide
Detectives and officers from the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team arrested two
individuals for the March 26th, 2016 homicide on 39th Avenue North and Colfax.

Kain Treshaun Buus, 18 was arrested for Probable Cause Aiding an Offender After the
Fact, and Andrew Devon Jones-Harris, 23 were arrested on Probable Cause Murder.
Both were booked into the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center.

The suspected murder weapon has been located and is in police custody. Mug
photos are being withheld at this time.
