Two Injured in Overnight Shooting

June 11, 2017 (MINNEAPOLIS) Officers from the Fourth Precinct responded to a 911 call of a person shot at approximately 11:26 p.m. on the 3300 block of Bryant Avenue North.

When officers arrived, they located an adult male who had been shot. The victim was transported to North Memorial Health Hospital (NMHH) by paramedics where he was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the leg.

While officers were processing the scene and looking for suspects they were told a second adult male victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound had shown up at NMHH. The second victim is related to the shooting that occurred on the 3300 block of Bryant Av N.

Officers are also investigating a property damage hit and run crash that took place at 33rd Avenue North and Logan Avenue North which may be related to the original shooting call. There are no injuries in the crash.

No arrests have been made. Officers from the Fourth Precinct and Investigators are actively looking for witnesses to help in identifying a suspect(s) in both the shooting and the crash.
