November 10, 2017 (MINNEAPOLIS) An arrest has been made in the shooting death of David Ryman, age 26, from November 6, 2017. Police have arrested 32-year-old Henry Benjamin Cousins of Minneapolis for Probable Cause Murder and he is being held without bail.
The investigation into the homicide is ongoing and no booking photo of Cousins will be released at this time.
Man Dies after Evening Shooting
November 6, 2017 (MINNEAPOLIS) Officers from the 4th Precinct responded to a 911 call about a shooting at Lyndale Avenue North and 47th Avenue North just after 6:00 p.m.
When officers arrived, they located an adult male who had been shot. Officers provide medical care for the victim until personnel from Minneapolis Fire Department and paramedics from North Memorial Health Hospital (NMHH) arrived and took over medical care. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this point in the investigation, it is believed there was an argument between the victim and suspect that preceded the shooting.
The name of the deceased, as well as the nature of his death, will be released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The investigation into this shooting death will be headed up by the department’s Homicide Unit with the assistance of the department’s Crime Lab.
There have been no arrests in this death.
