January 6, 2021 (MINNEAPOLIS) – Today at 12:35 pm, Minneapolis Police responded to the 2000 block of Grand St NE on a report of unknown trouble.
Officers arrived and spoke with multiple witnesses that state that a man, described as being light-complexioned African American adult, 5 feet 9 inches in height with a stocky build was in a verbal domestic with a female, believed to be in her 20s, and a 2 or 3 year old child. The suspect forced the woman and child into a car at gunpoint and fled the area northbound. It is reported that the female may have been injured.
The car is described as a 2015 Blue Mitsubishi Outlander bearing Minnesota Registration CCG 372.
This is not believed to be a random incident and is possibly domestic related.
