March 31, 2020 (MINNEAPOLIS) – NOTICE: Hennepin County Emergency Management (HCEM) will be sounding sirens this Wednesday, April 1st at 1:00 PM for testing purposes. This test is a monthly procedure and has no correlation to April Fools Day. Also, April 16th is National Tornado Drill Day, and HCEM will sound the sirens then as well.
